Immigration Hub is committed to protecting client information and handling personal data responsibly. This section explains how client information is collected, used, stored, and protected in line with privacy and data protection standards. We only collect personal information necessary to provide our services, store it securely, and share it only where required to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations. Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information at any time by contacting us using the details on the contact page.

Our terms of business set out the scope of engagement, professional responsibilities, fee structures and client obligations. A copy is provided at the outset of every engagement and is available on request.
We take all concerns about our services seriously. Complaints should be submitted in writing to our office. We acknowledge complaints within five working days and aim to resolve them within 28 days. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA).
